Product Warranty

TyMick Wrench Company, LLC warrants all products and components (inclusive of the ratcheting wrench) to be free of defects and workmanship under reasonable torque loading not in excess of 180lbs/ft. If use of any TyMick Wrench System® product when used for its intended purpose fails to give complete satisfaction, contact TyMick Wrench Company or TyMick Industries, LLC at (618) 882-6200. TyMick Wrench Company, LLC will conduct a complete investigation as to the cause of failure on all warranty issues. Upon determination of cause TyMick Wrench, LLC will replace all parts and/or accessories when fault is confirmed to be due to defect in manufacturing or materials. This Warranty shall not apply to products which have been misused, abused, damaged by accident or otherwise, repaired by anyone other than TyMick Wrench Company, LLC and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed, implied or statutory. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED. Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this Warranty is at the option of TyMick Industries for repair or replacement of the defective product.

Dual Indemnification

Each party (TyMick Industries, LLC, TyMick Wrench Company, LLC and Client/User/Buyer) agrees to defend and indemnify the other, and its respective affiliates, agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns, against any and all third-party claims such as damages, fines, penalties, costs, liabilities, losses or expenses (including but not limited to sums paid in settlement of claims, reasonable attorneys’ and consultant fees, and expert fees) (collectively “Claims”) arising from (a.) a breach of representations and warranties made in this agreement (b.) TyMick Wrench Company and TyMick Industries, LLC are not responsible for personal or bodily injury and or property damage resulting from improper tool usage, product modification, abuse or usage beyond expected product life and is not liable for all claims resulting from failure as outlined in this Agreement; and (c.) a party’s own negligence or misconduct. A party seeking indemnification will promptly notify the other of such claim. Neither party will be liable to the other for consequential or indirect damages, including loss of profits or loss of revenue; provided; however, that nothing contained herein shall in any way exclude or limit (a.) a party’s liability for any and all damages arising out of that party’s intentional acts or omissions or (b.) liability for any and all direct damages which may fairly and reasonably be considered to be a natural consequence of a breach.

Method of Shipment and Fees

TyMick Wrench Company, LLC retains the right to utilize any of the common carriers for domestic shipment in an effort to deliver its products (e.g., United Parcel Service, Fed Ex, DHL, US Postal Service, and all LTL freight carriers when applicable). All individual orders will incur a standard shipping and packaging fee of $15 for ground shipments via UPS and USPS. Express services are available at the customer’s request via Fed Ex and DHL; the costs associated with such services are in addition to the standard shipping and handling fee of $15, and can best be determined by contacting TyMick Wrench Co. customer service at (618) 882-6200 and/or by emailing our shipping department at shipping@tymickindustries.com . All express services shipping fees incurred by TyMick Wrench Co. will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and paid in full before product is released for shipment. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are subject to alternate shipping costs, please call us at (618) 882-6200 or email our shipping department at shipping@tymickindustries.com for current rates. TyMick Wrench Co. stocks all products and accessories, however for large orders we reserve the right to assign a manufacturer’s lead time of four to six weeks for delivery.

Return Policy


Customers may return merchandise purchased from TyMick Wrench Company, LLC for a refund. All product returns require a return authorization number (RA). A “RA” number must be issued within 30 days after the date of purchase; it will be valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include all pieces and accessories, the original TyMick packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), be free of markings or damage, and include all paperwork (invoice, packing list and shipping label). The RA number or any other inscriptions must be written on the exterior packaging and not be written or printed on the TyMick product box or packaging. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed. A processing fee of 15 percent will apply to the value of all merchandise returned for a refund. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge.
